Brick PD Charge Teen in Theft of Vehicle From Princeton Avenue

Brick police have charged a 19-year-old North Jersey man with theft charges related to a stolen car out of the township.

According to Ptl. Victoria Finelli, Brick police detectives on Monday charged Fazon Farrington, 19, of Newark, with theft of movable property and burglary in connection with a motor vehicle theft which occurred on Princeton Avenue on March 5, 2024.



“Brick Police Detective Joseph Riccio worked diligently with the New Jersey State Police Auto Theft Task Force and Kearny Police Department in reference to charges in this case,” said Finelli.

The co-conspirators in this incident have yet to be identified, she said.

There was no record of Farrington in custody at either the Ocean or Essex county jails. No photo of Farrington was available.
